I am SO proud of you! I was so glad to listen to your story and to have the bravery to talk about something that society tries to keep in the dark. It’s an uncomfortable conversation for most people to have! I know because I’ve been standing up and speaking up about mental health for a few years now! But the first step in eradicating the stigma and judgements IS talking openly about mental health! This DOES need to be a “Normal” conversation so that people don’t feel the need to hide it and will hopefully seek professional help! Thank you! You get an extra hug next time I see you! All my love!

Thank you for talking about pain, most of the time we as humans hide from the pain and do not like talking about it. God gave us strength to encourage and you telling your story made me realize the pain will go away eventually. God has plans for us and we have to take a step of faith and know it will all turn out for the better,
