After overcoming fears and anxieties from trauma and abuse, I want to help YOU do the same. We are not what happened to us, we are daughters of the King of kings. We are chosen, called, accepted, beloved, cherished, loved, equipped, and so much more! 

You don’t have to walk alone through your healing journey…

It took me years to heal from my past, and I want you to know that it’s ok if it takes you that long too. Healing is a process, and it doesn’t happen overnight. We will come alongside you, provide tools and resources to help you find your identity in Christ, and see who you truly are – healed and whole in Christ!
