Meet Lisa Herrington:
Lisa Herrington is a mother of five… three boys, one girl and a baby boy in Heaven. Lisa is the Co-Founder of FIT House Davis, a boutique fitness and wellness studio in Northern California. After losing her first-born son (a twin) she realized how important exercise was not just for the physical body, but for the mind. She often refers to her line of work as movement therapy; an act that strengthens the body, mind, and soul. Lisa is a best-selling author and manages the Brady Randolph Herrington Community Foundation. Through faith, fitness and purpose-driven work, Lisa navigated grief and learned to live life after loss with a full and grateful heart. She shares her story of grief, grit, gratitude, resilience and God-moments hoping to help others through their own losses.
