Meet Halie Hampton Mosley:

Halie Hampton Mosley serves as the Vice President of Roster Operations for entertainment company WHY&HOW. With a vast and diverse roster including acts such as KALEO, Danielle Bradbery, BRELAND, Chase Rice, Whiskey Myers and more, Hampton Mosley works alongside CEO Bruce Kalmick and the executive team to oversee both client and staff operations for the company and its verticals inclusive of artist management, brand ventures, and more. She began her career in radio promotion for Arista Nashville in 2012 overseeing regional airplay in the Southeast for Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley. Prior to WHY&HOW she served as the Day-to-Day Artist Manager for diamond-selling duo Florida Georgia Line at Hit Farm Management in partnership with Fullstop Management led by Irving and Jeffrey Azoff. Just prior to joining Hit Farm, she spent 7 years at Maverick Nashville, led by Clarence Spalding, in management support roles for artists such as Rascal Flatts, Brooks and Dunn, and Darius Rucker. A Nashville native, Halie obtained a degree in Business from Middle Tennessee State University. As a professional member of the Recording Academy, County Music Association, and Academy of Country Music, Halie has a true drive to contribute to the forward movement of the industry and enjoys participating in educational panels and programs that are devoted to developing the next generation of leaders within the music business.
