The past few days have been somewhat of a whirlwind! This was my first week back to school after the break and in the midst of homework and preparing for exams I have been packing my room for the moving truck next week. My head is pounding with everything I have going on, but in the middle of this crazy week, God has given me some great nuggets of truth.
- He has reminded me of His infinite love for me–His love will never end and I can never do anything to make Him love me more or less. That makes me feel SO much better!
- I don’t need to worry about life or stress-out over simple (and even complex) things. It is hard for me to wrap my mind around, but Jesus will take care of everything and I am wasting my time worrying. Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard you hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
- I can walk in confidence rooted in Jesus Christ not because of how I look, who I hang out with, what my grades are, or where I live. I walk in God-confidence because I trust in Jesus and I have faith that He alone can sustain me.
Even in your craziest and busiest moment, God might be sharing a small nugget of truth with you to carry you through the day. Those truths most certainly helped me today.
